Client Privacy Statement

These reports are provided to our clients using information believed to be accurate. Round Table Services, LLC (the “Investment Adviser” or “RTS”), and Rockit Solutions, LLC (the “Fund Accountant”) does not however, make any express warranty as to the completeness or accuracy, nor can it accept responsibility for errors appearing in the document. Clients are encouraged to consult their own records, and we strongly recommend that they compare this report to the records and/or account statements from their custodian(s)/manager(s).

If shown, the cost basis, income, expense, realized, unrealized, and capital appreciation figures are calculated by the Investment Adviser or Fund Accountant. They are not intended to be, and should not be, relied upon for tax purposes. Clients will be provided with a Schedule K-1 and/or 1099, and the cost basis for those purposes may be different from the cost basis shown herein.

An investment with RTS Large Cap Access Fund, LP, RTS Small/Mid Cap Access Fund, LP, RTS International Access Fund, LP, RTS Tactical Access Fund, LP, and the Countervailing Private Equity Fund, LP (collectively the “Private Funds”) or the Investment Adviser (together, the “Firm”) is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. Opportunities for withdrawal/redemption and transferability of interests and shares are restricted, so investors may not have access to capital when it is needed. There is no secondary market for the interests or shares and none is expected to develop. The portfolio, which is under the trading authority of the Investment Adviser, includes investments in both developed and emerging markets, and the asset classes in which the Firm invests may include, but are not limited to, fixed income, equities and alternative assets, such as private equity, hedge funds, real estate and commodities. A lack of diversification may result in higher risk. A substantial portion of the trades executed may take place on non-U.S. exchanges. Leverage and short sales may be employed in the portfolio, which can make investment performance volatile. An investor should not make an investment unless the investor is prepared to lose all or a substantial portion of its investment. The fees and expenses charged in connection with this investment may be higher than the fees and expenses of other investment alternatives and may offset profits. Some Private Fund values are based upon estimates of performance/value received from underlying managers. Alternative asset values are provided by fund managers on a delayed basis, and the values reported herein may be estimated numbers provided by the fund managers or as of the date most recently provided.

The manager and/or total asset class performance presented includes reinvestment of all dividends and capital gains and is net of the underlying managers' management fees, broker and/or custodian costs, but is gross of advisory fees paid to RTS, unless otherwise noted. The consolidated TWR performance is net of advisory fees paid to RTS, unless otherwise noted. Historical performance results for investment indices and/or categories have been provided for general comparison purposes only, and generally do not reflect the deduction of transaction and/or custodial charges, the deduction of an investment advisory fee, nor the impact of taxes, the incurrence of which would have the effect of decreasing historical performance results. It should not be assumed that account holdings do or will correspond directly to any comparative indices. The volatility of the index may be materially different from that of the representative account. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.

There is no guarantee that the investment objective will be achieved. Moreover, the past performance of the Firm should not be construed as an indicator of future performance. Any projections, market outlooks or estimates in this document are forward-looking statements and are based upon certain assumptions. Changes in client objectives, investments, strategies, contributions or withdrawals may materially alter the performance, strategy and/or result of the account holder’s portfolio. Other events which were not taken into account may occur and may significantly affect the returns or performance of the Firm. Any projections, outlooks or assumptions should not be construed to be indicative of the actual events which will occur.

Please remember to contact RTS if there are any changes in your financial situation or investment objectives or if you wish to impose, add or modify any reasonable restrictions to our investment advisory services. A copy of our current written disclosure statement as set forth on Part 2 of Form ADV and our privacy policy continue to remain available for your review upon request for a complete description of the investment advisory fees customarily charged by RTS as well as other important pieces of information (including investment strategy, policies, risk factors, and relevant advisor and investment personnel qualifications).
